Consulting is a profession that requires constant self-education and an ability to adapt a solution to a specific dynamic. I love the ability to learn about different business environments and the challenge of creating a perfect solution for each group. A business is as successful as the people who make up the whole of the company. Each must be in their niche position and set up to perform at their optimum ability in order to benefit the whole.
