Did anyone knows a good sources for marketing jobs for hispanics in San Diego. I am trying to get a sponsorship for my working visa but it looks like after the economic crisis nobody wants to sponsor a visa.

Hi to everybody.
My name is Federico Sanchez Escarcega, I am living in Tijuana , but I was born in Mexico city.
I have been living practically across Mexico, from Tuxtla Gutierrez in Chiapas in the South border , Toluca in the center and now in Tijuana.
All of my professional career has been working in the marketing area , in Marketing Research, Developing Brands and products, managing teams.
Actually I am looking for the next step of my career, because I have been lay off for my last job.
I am looking for a chance to work in San Diego, but it has been impossible to get interviews.
In a more personal information, I am a great fan of baseball, I nver loose a game of the New York Yankees, and the San Diego Padres, and I am not in the movies, I love to go to the beach near Tijuana.
